Day 1: Arusha – Tarangire National Park
Welcome to the start of your safari and welcome to Tanzania! You’ve chosen a fantastic place for your safari journey and we’ll get you started with an introductory briefing before we head out to begin the trip you’ve been dreaming of.
If you’ve never been to Tarangire (and even if you have) you’re in for a real treat. Tarangire is filled with giants – baobab trees all across the park, as well as elephants, lots of them. But that’s just the beginning. You’ll probably see lions, cheetahs, and leopards, along with wildebeest, giraffes, buffaloes, and zebras — all set against one of the prettiest backdrops in northern Tanzania.

Day 2: Ngorongoro Highlands – Central Serengeti National Park
There’s nowhere in Tanzania where you have a better chance of seeing big cats than in the Central Serengeti. You’ll also encounter many other animals as you explore the vast savannah grasslands and iconic acacia trees. The Ngorongoro Highlands provide a cool and scenic route with forests and possible sightings of elephants, buffalo, or even leopards.

Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha
Your day in and around Ngorongoro Crater could be one of the most memorable of your safari. Descend into the crater, home to endangered black rhinos, large-tusked elephants, and several lion prides. Surrounded by steep green walls, a salt lake, forests, and hippo-filled waterways, this is truly one of Africa’s most stunning wildlife sanctuaries. After your game drive, enjoy a picnic lunch before returning to Arusha.
